Refund Policy

Mommiz&Kiddiz (a brand of Babyhut Clothing Private Limited)

At Mommiz&Kiddiz, customer satisfaction matters to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Store Credit, Not Cash Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and it meets our eligibility criteria (see below), we will issue Store Credit, redeemable on any future purchase at www.mommizkiddiz.com within 6 months of issue.

There is no cash refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
To-and-fro shipping costs for a return/exchange are to be borne by the customer.

Eligibility for Store Credit / Exchange

Request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn, in its original packaging with all tags and proof of purchase from mommizkiddiz.com attached.
Items received in broken packaging or damaged are not guaranteed a refund/exchange.
Products purchased on Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Free gifts included with an order must be returned along with the product for the return to be processed.
Personalized products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Internationally shipped orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Certain baby products may be excluded from returns/exchange for hygiene reasons.

How to Request Store Credit

Processing Time

Once your returned item is received, it will go through a quality check.
Store credit is issued only after the product passes quality check.
The complete process takes approximately 8–10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from the date we receive the returned product.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not already been dispatched.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Approved cancellations for prepaid orders will be issued as store credit; COD order cancellations do not involve any payment collection/refund.

Our Right to Refuse

Mommiz&Kiddiz reserves the right to refuse a return, exchange, or store credit request that does not meet the above eligibility criteria. Product colour may vary slightly from images shown on the website.
